actually, this is my third gulf blue porsche. 73 911s and a 77 MODED turbo.
each to his own. i believe those pictures were taked at a pca drivers school in spokane. the car is currently in dallas for the 3.8 engine as well as adjustable height ohlin suspension.

Bah, too girly. I would drive it only because its a RUF, but the windows would be tinted.

I really hate that color. I think it's absolutely horrid. Just my opinion of course. Worth a whole 2 cents.

LOL Vince seriously, im just sitting back watching lately, alot of debates and wars going on haha... Cant say im a huge fan of that color, although mexico or azure blue is it?!? Ive seen one on a 993tt track car at my shop, and it was gorgeous

It's a funny thing here in Europe, (Germany) . You see a landscape of cars in silver, black, grey, in parking lots and dealer lots. But usually cars that are high performance sports cars alot are gulf blue, orange,yellow, red, etc. Of course not including high perf. merc, bmw, they like stealth. But over here you can have a bright color car without police biasing toward you.

Only a RUF car can pull that color off. I personally dont like it but wouldnt slam its doors.

I love the 70's colors

In my obviously biased opinion, they add a ton of soul to these cars.

I would love to see some pictures! Silver, Black, Gray, Red are typical and boring colors! A cool car should have a cool color! My opinion!!

I agree about the color, it looks great on that car, it would probably suck on others.

First 911 I drove was a '82 SC in that sort of shade.
