I juat had my guy put on the full package. I had to but the basic setup and the optional pieces as well. Its about 30 pieces. I have a Aero car and they have a kit that fits perfect.
The whole fromt end, over the headlights, half up the hood and all around the front window. I also got the sides, rocker, bottom of doors, rear of wheelwells and Oh yeh....mirrors too.
You can't even see it from 2 feet away. I am told in a week or so it will be even harder to see. Man..its awsome now I don't have to worry about dings...
It wasnt cheap...but if you live in the LA, Long Beach, OC area I have the guy.....he took his time did it perfect.
Anyway...if anyones interested...or a comment...

Johnny, I did pretty much the same thing cause I track my car so much. Only problem with all that plastic is the edges do collect alot of dust and it makes detailing a little more of a PIA but still well worth it!!! My car is SY so I guess if the car is a darker color even less of a problem.
Protect that baby!!!

 

Hey, are you ever in OC/Long Beach? I would LOVE to see it.....I have been thinking about doing it for a while.......my car was perfect when I bought it, but driving it out here from Florida left me with about 30 chips on the nose.....thought I would consider doing this after I got it repainted.....

If it is done right it would almost impossible to see in a photo. I had my 996 tt cab done and it was done ok, but I just had my 360 Spider done and it is much better. Used a thicker gauge plastic and fits better. If you track your car at all, you either need some clearcoat or you need to tape your car at the track.
