Nice vid, I also drive my car to Mexico whenever I want to drive fast, but always get my camcorder confiscated by the federales at the Mexico border.

The silver ZO6 i told you about once. His name is Jack, he has black wheels. Its Procharged and a 470 block i think with alot of other things.

 

Why are all these racing videos done at night under the cover of darkness when you can't see anything???

Next time just tell them that the camcorder belongs to your friend "Franklin" (as you hand him the C note). For several C notes, they will run cover for you and give you the rest of the Mexican Highway Patrol schedule.

out where I can buy a 7 second 1000 hp mustang with stock internals.
(come to think of it that would make a great low cost, I.E.D.).
that would be a "hoot" to drive until it blew up!!!

high 7's on stock internals would be an incredible achievement. i don't think a 1000hp 7-second cobra on stock internals exists. i don't mean to be a bench racer, but...traps would be at *least* 170, very possibly more. despite a difference in the nature of the respective powerbands between cobras and supras, the 8.6-sec WOTM supra trapped at 171, and i would expect a 7-second cobra to do at least that. you have to be producing serious serious power for traps like that, and i would be very skeptical of seeing a only 1000hp cobra pull that kinda speed. i am doubtful that stock internals can be used in conjunction with the type of power necessary to accelerate the car to such high speeds so quickly. i know some cars are more "horsepower efficient", like how you see some cars run comparatively faster times with lesser peak power figures, but to attain traps that high i don't think 1000hp can cut it. if you look at the WOTM supra which did an 1/8th mile in a little over 5 seconds at around 130mph...and to improve from 9's to 8's in hard, to improve from 8's to 7's would be even harder for a street car i would think. i have never heard of a 7 second street car, though i would love to be proved wrong one day. nonetheless, cobras are awesome performance value per dollar, especially when modded.
