19" Wheels: What is the correct tire sizes??

I spoke with three reputable retailers and received the following recommended tire sizes. These are for 19x8.5 fronts and 19x11-11.5 rear wheels. Which is the right one (A,B or C)?

a)
225/35/19 F
305/25/19 R

b)
235/35/19 F
295/30/19 R

c)
235/35/19 F
315/25/19 R

Thanks.

But because you are going to a 11.5 inch wide rear you might want to go B, but just wait for others to chime in.

the answer is C.

why are those retailer don't tell the truth? is it because they have either A or B in stock that they want to get rid of???

yea right, of course they all fit but we all know the C is the real recommended size!

A) will work also...I'm assuming they are talking about either the Pirelli P-Zero 305/25-19" or Dunlop SP9000 305/25-19". It really depends...for example, the Conti 315/25 is wider than the Yoko AVS 315/25-19. The labels & numbers don't tell the whole story

I have used combo B) when the 315/25-19" Contis were on backorder...The car feels and rides a lot better with the 315 vs the 295 (interesting, since the 295 sidewall is taller)...plus, it looks a lot better.

It all depends on the outer diameter of the tire for an AWD car...This is not directly related to sizing above as continental for example makes teo 235/35 19 but one is matched to the 295 rears while the other to the 315...
