I just went to Scottsdale Porsche today and sat in a 04 Turbo Cabriolet and the salesman says to me...

"It's got a short shift kit in it... try it"

HOLY COW was it nice!

I know that Todd at Evo does a lot of of modifications for Scottsdale Porsche, I'm wondering (hoping actually) that the kit installed in this Cab was one of Todd's.

You got it. The white 04 cab had the B&M and the EVO shiftlink.

What is the EVO's shiftlink you gus are talking about? How much does it cost and is it easy to install?

love the setup. Equally important is the exceptional customer service provided by Todd at EVOMS. I also had Todd install Bilstien PSS-9's, Fabspeed exhaust and the new dual oval stainless exhaust tips. Todd strongly stands behind all of his products. I had my car in for the installation of all of the aforementioned items for about four hours. Todd loaned me his supercharged CLK 430 for the morning while mods were installed. That is a heck of alot nicer than the loaner Mitsubishi Lancer that Scottsdale Porsche gave me while in for service recently.

BTW, if that was your turbo at Finishing Touch last Wednesday it is a beauty!

 

I keep hearing how great Todd at Evo is, so I can't understand why he doesn't reply to my email, PM, or post directing him to one or the other...

Ugh.
