How accurate do you think the G-Techs are. It seems pretty accurate. I did around 5 runs over a couple days and these were my best.
It is a stock 2002 X50
1. 70 degrees out 2. 75 degrees out
0-60 ft = 2.143 2.133
1/8th mile = 7.893s at 103.83 8.031 at 99.30
0-60 mph = 3.934 4.093
No 1/4 run 1/4 mile = 11.994 at 125.49 mph
Passing 30-50 = 1.634s 1.756
40-60 = 1.288s 1.396
50-70 = 1.285 1.382
60-80 = 1.867 1.999

There are 2 on there, 11.79 @115 which is a horrible MPH, and an 11.9 @ 119.9 which is where it should be, around 120.
G-tech trap speed numbers are higher than drag strip speeds, because they're calculated at the 1/4 mile mark. At the strip, your speed is averaged over the last 66 ft (I think it's 66, but something in that ballpark), so it reads a bit lower than the speed at which you break the timing beam.
That said, if you're running stock, your G-tech is pretty optimistic. If not, you're putting down good power, and should be able to shave several thenths off with a better launch. What mods do you have?
The key to the launch is slipping the clutch the right amount. Dump it too fast, and you'll either bog the engine, or axle hop your way down the track. Too slow, and you'll smell it all the way home.
Most people seem to find a 3500 rpm launch with moderate clutch slip (i.e. let your foot off briskly, but don't jump off it) gets the best results.

Thanks for the replies.
I thought I separated the two runs more but once I submitted the post it blended them all together.
Yes I need to continue working on my starts. If I rev to high then I get too much wheel hop. Also, it probably doesn't help that my tires are about 70% worn. I will be getting some new shoes soon.
I don't have any mods other than the factory X50
