Was wondering if anyone has tried out those Kuda Ipod/Cell Phone mounts in their Porsche? I keep my Ipod usually in my ashtray with my I-Trip, but whenever I make a right hand turn, the Ipod slams left and bangs the front up. Was wondering if the quality of these things look any good, and also how would an Ipod attach to them (assume a clip). Thanks for any info.

 

First, replace the ashtray with a replacement from Bumper plugs...

I have mine installed in the glove box. Wire thru the back cant even be seen....

I would love to hard wire my Ipod, but I have an 01 with PCM 1 and have a changer. I know I can eliminate the changer and connect the Ipod through the changer wiring, but do not want to give that up. Also no glove box to hide everything.

 

have you considered the Belkin Cupholder mount - i think its clever... never seen it in action though.
