I know Martin is going to want this So wait, it isnt just the intake splitter, there's actually new ducting for it?! I dont see how that can make any difference in airflow, can you share some more info?

just the splitter u're correct. to install them 3 holes needed to be grilled. owner wants to go back to stock since he's trading in the car. swapping the entire duct is the way to go.
