But... simply modifying the bump stops for a little extra wiggle room is merely a band aid solution... Bilstein designed it in a way where the travel needs to be at a certain height... the bumpstops are there for a reason... because Bilstein didn't design for the shocks/springs to compress beyond the "stop" point...

i recommend that you guys take a good hard look at coilover setups with a more aggressive lowering range than the PSS9s for that slammed look.

believe you me, i LOVE that slammed looked (AMG's car above), but will not do it if the suspension isn't designed to help facilitate.
I am sure they did other things besides modifying the bumpstops as well, but I know that was part of it... Also keep in mine, my PSS9's are the FVD ones which have different valving and spring rates than the normal ones. Orbit has a shock dyno and has tested them so I am sure he knows the ranges and what they can do.
I have complete faith in them
