Heya you guys... seriously thank you so much for the thoughts, words and emails/PMs. They've very much appreciated and by all account thus far everything is going about as well as it can. Spoken to both doctors that performed their respective surgeries thismorning and afternoon and I really think as long as she recovers well that she'll be good. Work helps right now that's for sure

 

Prayers go out for the well being of your wife... and you second.

 

once again thanks so much guys You well-wishes must have worked. She's doing as well as she could be this morning and I think if this continues I may be able to take her home by Sunday. You gotta love LA... I might move into this room. Plasma, en-suite shower/bath, extra bed for me and other goodies!

Glad to hear it. My Wife had surgery (Thyroid Cancer) back in January. I know the feeling. All of of sudden things you thought were important are meaningless. Puts things in perspective.

Seriously guys... thanks again for all the kindness! Everything went well and I brought her home last night (well to her parents house in LA) and she's going to need about 6 weeks to recover fully but that's exactly what will happen

I _should_ be back up at the shop on Monday so normal service will be resumed.

 

^ so does this mean u're going to get a honda civic to take her around in?
I can't imagne the Mamba turbo being well suited to the task of transporting those recovering from surgery
