Exclamation Policy concerning Off Topic Posts.......

DEAR MEMBERS,

There seems to be some concerns on why
certain posts are moved to the off topic
forum or to other forums. Please understand
that we would like to maintain each forum
with accurate information. This helps for indexing
purposes, as well as better search results for
future reference.

What is considered off topic?
Some recent samples include posts regarding
American Express cards, consumer electronics unrelated
to cars (IE Palm Pilot, Comptuer parts, Wireless Dog Leash, Etc, Etc..)

We also ask that members not use the message board
as their private/public message box. If you need
to get a hold of other members, please email them
or send them a Private Message(PM). If you feel
a certain post was wrongly moved, please contact
one of the admins via PM or email, rather than making
public posts that might cause some hostility.

What posts are considered on topic - though not
particularly 996TT related?

When existing 6speed members post images/information on other
cars, car shows, events/meets, items for your car, anything car related.
After all, though we may or may not own porsches, we are all car buffs, right?

This is a policy, however
you can email me some suggestions and input
and we can update this sticky.

We are not forum gurus, as this is our first web forum
we have managed. We might be making some mistakes
along the way. However, we are learning along the way.

Thank you for your consideration,
Shank, Darren, Duane, & Mike
