b/c my bro might be getting that as well...
deciding between SL65 or the SL600 with mod. SL65 should be introduced next year before summer... but the price tag is gonna be high... heard is way over 160G+
Renntech SL600 = 625HP, and 745lb ft. Torque. They uptune the maybach detuned motor a bit above maybach specs.

I heard that the 600 engine was not based off of the Maybach.

yeah i think it's confirmed...i've read on some merc site saying that the dealers are now taking deposit for next year's May car....

shank: u mean the stage 4 switch thingy? i just mailed out my payment to Todd today... and if he ship the kit soon enough, i should receive it by the end of this week for installation...

don't have the pic ^^ sorry...

but i don't plan on using that little thing... i want to ask meridian (they're installing the kit for me) to install that switch into my ash tray spot... or in the glove compartment... and hard-wire it... i don't like to carry it with me... it look so ricey...

sharkster...^^
that'll be greatly appreciated...
i'm wondering if it can be integrated and hardwired with custom made box in the glove compartment or to the ash tray...
it'll look awsome that way...^^

I doubt you can hardwire it as you need to have it real close to the Bose when switching (at least on mine)...the range is OK and the veep is somewhat hard to hear (especially with the engine running when I try to verify what mode Im in)....It is 1000% worht it though especially for dealer visits

hm....stephan
it has 5 bottoms on it... but are we able to only get 3 modes?

msindi:
does the beep sound come from the unit itself?
hm... I'll see if i can take it apart, and integrate the whole thing into my glove compartment... like a custom made box for it... of course with a new speaker...^^... to make sure i can hear it...haha

is it possible stephan?

Its not the thing that beeps...the little 'beeper' is in your ECU box!!
It has 5 buttons because on the prototype, GIAC were gonna do stock +4 but on the production only ended up with stock +2....I still wonder why no 4 since APR has a 5 program switch....
