It's the increased overhang of the GT2 front versus the standard turbo front that causes most of the clearence problems with driveways, parking lots and the like...

I have a Tip Seal Grey '02TT stage 5 from Speed Gallery with stoptech 6 pistons, Ruf exhaust, a Renntech tranny, full (and I do mean full ) CF interior, mirrors, wing.
My first question: how much clearance do you loose with a GT-2 bumper vs. stock assuming no lowering?

Nice ride. Let's get you a suspension for that thing.

Hey thanks for the welcome!

When I started modding my main concern was drivability/durabilty...when my S4 finally sells this will be my only car, so I wanted NO problems. I'll get details on the tranny, but my understanding is it's basically built to mercedes 65 standards. I can do a break stand and let it rip with no slippage. Probably overkill as I'm at about 640hp with race fuel. I just wanted everything bulletproof. For the money the stoptech's with carbon pads made a BIG difference, stopping is almost as fun as accelerating.

The wing was a great buy on Ebay $450...it's black underneath but the finish is really glossy (much more than the factory CF mirrors).

Because it's a daily driver I'm still not sure what to do about the lowering/GT-2 thing.
