Mike,
that was on beautiful TT. I saw it down at Currys a few years back in VA. When do we see the new AWE 997?

Sharky, how hard is the install? Is it just a bolt-on replacement?

Maxwell it's a bolt-on replacement. Rear is easy... front takes a bit more time since you have to remove some sub-frame connectors...

I'm not at work yet but if my memory serves me right (remember we never really take off sway bars on a GT2- just leave them alone) it's the same set up as the GT3. I'll measure them when I get in the shop but they look the same to me and they have the same adjustment holes. I'd stick with H&R on an AWD turbo.

Listen its all good Alex, Gt3 sways on an awd or rwd turbo I'm sure is night and day, and I'm sure even more for the rwd converted turbos, no worries

I don't really know myself, I just had car in for geo check and Kiko passed me some figures, rears were minimal adjustment and fronts were more (Neg camber, can't remember figures!) but it has totally transformed car, total stability but downside could be a bit more tyre wear! He mentioned pop on a GT2 bar on back and leave front as this is all good! He seemed to be spot on in his calculations though!

Just your thoughts really on the GT2 bar!

kiko is infamous around these parts
My choice of the GT2/3 rear bar was based on other members experience (JP Schnitzer, etc.), Carnewalls (who sells them - Thanks Gert) and RUF which use only use the rear GT2/3 bar on their suspension kit (If its good enough for RUF its good enough for me) then it was the price... I paid Gert 250€ at my door bushings included with the added bonus of using OEM parts.

Regarding binding, I personally have never experienced this on Row height and X73 height and although I respect others opinions I have to say that I find it this difficult to happen since this sway bar was designed to be fitted to GT2 which uses exactly the same anchoring points as a TT.

The goal with this mod was to help dialing out up to 90% of understeering (combined with other mods) which it did sucessfully on a budget and using OEM motorsport parts. This said I believe the H&R's kit with its bigger bars all around will do the same (dial out underteer) with even less roll but at the expense of comfort particularly on assymetrical obstacles (ex. a bump or a pothole on just one of the front wheels).

Damm, so the H+R's actually make the car stiffer suspension wise? I had everything in my M3, huge sways but also had a roll cage installed at the same time, i dont exactly know what i felt difference wise with all of my suspension work LOL!
