removal of back seats?

I am trying to take the back seats out of my car. especially the upper/back part, the one that can move up/down. Does anyone know how to remove these. I tried the search. thanks in advance!

I did it a couple years ago and removed the belts and everything. You had to take out the side pillars but I can't remeber much more. I think it's in the service manuals.

The upper back seats are secured by a central fixed rod in the middle for both seats, and by hinges on the sides of each seat. The hinges are attached to the seats by an Allen screw. Unscrew it to free the seat from the hinge, and then you have to work the seat out from the central rod in the middle.

Sounds more complicated than it is. Hope that helps. Sorry, I do not have any pics.
