question re towing and front viscous coupling
Hi guys,
Well...dammit anyway, but my car (996tt) was towed from a parking spot about two blocks. Unfortunately they left the front wheels on the ground. If it makes any difference the car was in gear.
Do any of you think that this will have ruined the viscous coupling in front?
The car feels like it drives the same...though this has just been slow driving in traffic.
Thanks,
John

That sux!!!
Not an expert butfrom what I understand towing in such a manner would cause SERIOUS damage!! how did they pull that one off anyway?? wouldnt the front be scraping all over the place??

Mansour and Joe,
I did check the chin spoiler...fortunately I have the GT-2 front bumper and the chin spoiler is out of a flexible (and replaceable) nylon. So, no damage there. Just worried about the drivetrain.
