the strip on the right side is pretty straight forward from under the dash
the left side strip requires the A/C vent removal and the center most strip requires radio etc. removal depending on where your radio is
They are all secured by very small torx bit screws
very tedious job but well worth it when completed
I once had a customer who thought they were glued on and he pryed and pryed until they finally did come off but with horrific dash damage
