tom was hoping 500 was the no. but now i only have 499 as you have won the pony

 

had it dynoed 6months ago less the ics and new gaic program. they rws were 550 as i remember seemed way high to me... and sorry can't remember the dyno make... my tuner who does mostly f cars and has a test track (seat of pants) sez it's the fastest he has tested.....maybe he's being to nice to me....i know it's faster than my 05 pacifica.....

 

So let me get this straight, you dyno'd 550 on an unnamed dyno at 550 rwhp 6 months ago, less a few extra upgrades and now on the same or different dyno? you put out 499? Just trying to get a better understanding, i wonder what dyno's you were on.

SOMETHING IS WRONG... no way do any k16/24 hybrid going to dyno 550 rwhp. I figured 521 at most with the ICs. kevins stage 5s ZC dyno that.. but not his entry level hybrids...
there is alot of manipulation that can go into dynoing the car. like proper cooling, correction factors, and even how u strap down the car.
please explain further.
