Painted OEM Rockers: Any problems w/ rock chips

Hey guys, those of you who have painted your factory rockers, have you had any problems with rock chips. I want to paint mine but have concerns about rock chips. . .

I got mine painted from factory...I put the stone chip film on them and have no problems...

doncapecod is infamous around these parts

I had the 3M film put along the underside of the rockers and also on the edges where they meet the front wheel wells.
