Alex took my car

And gave me back a better one. I took the car to Sharkwerks this week for the Stage 3 out-patient surgery. Once again, I have what feels like a new car. It's significantly faster, yet there doesn't seem to be any downside to the new program. My hat's off to the guy(s) at GIAC. Even my bank account feels lighter and more nimble...

I'm seeing 1.1 bar with spikes of 1.2 with less lag than before. The car pulls hard and is much stronger than stock. No hesitations or stumbles. It feels smoother at part throttle and the variocam switchover around 3200rpm seems less noticeable than when it was stock.

It still amazes me how simple it is to get another 100hp out of these cars. I've done it before with Chevy small blocks but it's a lot of time & money and the car always came out less driveable on an every day basis.

Thanks to Alex and James for the great work. For the few of you who haven't been flashed, I highly recommend Sharkwerks.

Hey Alex, about that GT700 package...

The next 100hp, though a little tougher to "extract" are even more fun...I'm at the crosssroads of upping the turbos one more time to the "zero tolerance experience" or just getting completely nuts and going GT700....hmmmm

I did the PSS9's first too. They really improve both the ride and the handling of the car. I think you'll be happy with them. I have mine set to 4 front and 3 rear with 19" wheels. It's more comfortable on the street and stays flatter in the turns than with the stock suspension.

The bobble/pogo'ing is reduced, but still present in some sweeping turns with bumps. I'm going to add the H&R adjustible sway bars next to see if it helps reduce it further.

Sorry on the bank account Hopefully you at least got some air miles? You did it the right way- you had an exhaust and that really frees up the flow allowing the programing to do it's thing.... Hopefully, I'll be seeing another black TT flying down that hill lol!
