I just got the custom chrome grill for my seal grey TT just like the picture that Ken posted before, made by Custom Cars Unlimited, and unfortunately it doesn't jive with my other modifications. I would like to sell it; at a loss of course. I received it for $1600 and will sell for $1000 including shipping. They do beautiful work. PM if interested.

Ken's user name is Ken. He posted pictures of his grill on 1/6/2004 and has photos on his homepage. The grill is exactly like his, made to the same specs.

only the metal grills. They fit into a stock bumper with whatever lip you want. The metal work is superlative and confirmed by Shank. He confirmed for me the work that they do, it is just that the modifications on my car are dark and don't match well with the chrome.

 

I can attest to Dino's work at Custom Cars Unlimited as well. (trying to help you sell it! They are a work of art! They're powder coated to taste...not painted!

 

1600! Thats crazy! You can get that mesh at Home Depot!

Just kidding, really. The grill is custom made to fit the bumper then chromed and fits as though it was made for it. I think it is a really great look.
