This is debateable...With many of the programs available today, you can get a switcher that will allow you to flash back to stock before you visit the dealer. Some dealers are mod friendly some are not...so it depends. If you want to play it safe do no mods of course....but that's no fun!

You will still be able to putz around like always...the ECU flash will just give you more when you want it.

Best is again debateable. There are many out there GIAC makes one with a flash programmer, Ultimatemotorwerks has one with a programmer (my choice)...

If it changes the redline, your dealer can tell how much time the car spent at the old redline and beyond...So depending on the dealer...
