Does anyone here have one on there car? If so how loud is it from inside the car, under part and wot? Also on the after market exhaust is there much of a hp difference from brand to brand or are they all very similar?

In my experience the B&B had terrible resonance and less than average build quality.

There are differences between power output, usually the quieter exhausts like Europipe and Ruf produce less power, while the louder more resonant ones like Fabspeed produce more power.

I recommend Remus- fairly priced, well built, excellent sound, no resonance, and excellent looking tips.

all exhausts that do not viabrate you out of the car produce similar
results: quicker turbo spool-up and about 16-19 Horsepower.

When I bought my car, it had the B&B on it.....I can only say way too loud and it sounded horrible. Luckily the seller had the OEM exhaust, and I told him to keep the B&B. Just my opinion.

 

Marty which way did you end up going? Europipe, MillTek or something else? I haven't heard the PSI Quiet.. just the loud thus far so I dunno what it sounds like. Any clips?

 

I think B&B makes some really good headers for the TT...but the other exaust parts arent too great...I think im going with AWE and B&B headers...


BTW...B&B gives a larger amount of power then most...but its also way louder and not refined in ANY sense...

 

I second Remus. I LOVE the sound. Not too loud, just right.

My car Dynoed at 516 RWHP with stage 3 on 91 Octane. While that is not proof of good flow, it's a pretty good indication.
