Fast in the Dark

Anybody played with adjusting the headlight latitude versus altering beam height (there are two settings). Height seems to quickly raise issues with other motorists but whats the point of having super powerful Zenons if they shine at the ground ?

 

I adjusted the low beams and fog lamps higher. Seemed to help a lot. I left the high beam and lateral adjustments alone.
