Thanks for the pictures..I see what the differences are now. I'm wondering about one more thing though. The Champion RG5 Monolite wheels which I'm getting seems to have a "flat lip" too..but yet it's not considered a reverse lip. How is that possible?

atomic, the construction method is different. Are these the wheels you're talking about? If they are, notice that they don't have the same dip behind the spokes.

Yes HRE in the rain causes heavy vibrations. They do nothing about this.

I've heard of several stories on iForged, so it must be with all reversed lip wheels.

Why would 19'' act differently in the rain than 18''? I thought the only hydroplaning factors would be tread design, and tire width, no?

In re: first page, the GSD3 is a great tire, in both the rain and the dry. Cheaper than MPS2, as well.
