I agree (per usual) with HotRodGuy...i think they are simply diversifying their line. They have a good name in the Escalade/Hummer/Bling-bling crowd, but it would be I M P O S S I B L E for Lexani to release a high end wheel under their own name...regardless of whether it was the best designed, lightest, coolest thing goin...because of their brand:

LEXANI = RAPPERS

I think the acquisitions are smart by Lexani...think of how many brands American Racing owns. Its insane. I assume (as we all hope) that they will leave these high performance wheel companies alone and just enjoy the revenues. I will be at SEMA in a couple weeks...i will report if Snoop & 50cent are in the HRE booth.
