I have them in stock now.
You simply take the tire off and the valve stem out, screw these stems in to replace the other ones and put the tire back on. The programming of the transmitters is done from the unit once everything is put back together. It's not hard at all.

I'd be interested in a Group Buy as well. I assume that it is possible NOTto hardwire the transceiver. I was thinking of just pulling it out and plugging it in to check tire pressure/temp when needed instead of having that big o'thing on my dash.
