man that is quite i cant even hear it. all i hear is dyno machine you think you can get some clips of it off the dyno

 

i'll have one on a car likely tomorrow so you could hear it live.. if not then next week

 

I'd be surprised if the dyno numbers were as good as the Super Sport version since they have abondoned the "straight through" design, which will introduce turbulance. We've had this discussion a few times in the past.

 

They are pretty close on what we have done so far. Less back pressure than the SS and bigger cats and larger inner diameter pipe. The gains have been substantial on the 997TT and like systems tested on the 996TT have yielded very similar results.

I have done enough exhaust testing to make a bet on this one

Although I didn't care for the exhaust sound, which is a common issue for me with 2 can designs, the tone isn't the cool high F1 sound nor the low rumble of single can designs.

As far as the sound, for me it is just right. I can't handle the drone stuff anymore. Getting old sucks.

 

Sounds great on the 997TT, wonder what it will be like on 996TT, i would imagine very similar!
