Variable geometry turbos
Wondering if anyone here can tell me about the new variable geom 997 turbo? My understanding is that it reduces turbo lag. How does it work? Does anyone know how much boost they produce? Can you put one on a 996 either straight or in a hybrid form? If so is there ECU programming involved? Seems like I saw someone offering a 997 based hybrid turbo.
