With the heavy seats gone (126 lbs savings) and RG5 19s, it now weights 3293 dry, not bad for an AWD with standard battery, subwoofer, and rear seat still in.
Looks like my GT2 is heavier than most as well!

A lot of the variation you guys are seeing is due to the scales that are being used. Static truck and car scales (including those at the dragstrip) can be quite inaccurate, especially truck scales that aren't calibrated for weighing lightweight 3-4k lb cars. The most accurate way to get your car's weight is to use professionally calibrated corner-balancing scales.

And the new drifbox is here soon, they have a new model without the drift..
gt2 has little sounddeadening, undercoating etc... ther probably 50 lbs there alone, ceramic brakes , i dont know the difference per wheel but even at 5-8 lbs per that could be another 20-30 lbs... no back seats... all the littel details add up on wieght savings

Thanks for the info, I guess my car's weight is very accurate since I obtained the weight while corner balancing........who said corner balancing is not useful!!
