Gemballa Stainless Steel Sport Exhaust?

Hey guys,

These are listed on ebay for $1,695 with free shipping. Anyone have this exhaust or have any input as to sound and or performance increase. It is less than half the cost of most other exhausts and I am just not sure why.

I have the exact same exhaust as the one for sale on Ebay on my GT2. It sounds excellent and the quality is great.

I heard from one of the tuners here on the board that it isn't the best flowing exhaust available, but it's certainly better than stock by a HUGE margin.

Compared to the stock exhaust, my guess is it weighs about 30lbs less too which is also a bonus.

For the $$$ it looks like you could get it for, I'd do it... that's my $.02

How is the sound? And do you have any idea of performance increase?

The sound is perfect. Loud when you hammer it, but not annoying. Has a real sweet spot around 3-4k rpm that really sounds exotic. I have a sound clip at my office, I'll se if I can remember to post it in the morning for you.

Where are you located? If you're in SoCal you can come and check mine out for yourself before you decide to buy. PM me

Here's those clips:

You'll need Real Player to listen to them. The sound is a little scratchy because they were recorded with my camera phone, but it's still a good representation of what it truly sounds like.
