Tuning 996 Turbo
Hello,
Let me introduce myself first to you all :
My name is Peter i`m 37 years old and living in a place called "Huizen" 20 mls from Amsterdam Holland.I gott myself a MY01 996 SealGrey Turbo with a Techart Stage 1 (470 hp) with the TechArt racing exhaust bringing it to 485 hp? Now i like it to have it tuned some more ( german autobahn is 30mls from where i live
) and have options from Techart to bring it to 530HP. This set me back $18.000,- and i think this is a lot of money for 40HP. What do you guys think? I want to bring it up to 550-580HP and love to do highspeed runs on the autobahn. Is it a question of just software upgrade with bigger turbo`s or do i really need other hardware equipment to let it run safe?
Thanks you in advance for reply`s

Welcome aboard....
there are a couple different ways you can go about it.
If you have stock k16 turbos then you will have to hybrid them and or get bigger turbos... a program, diverter valves, BMC filter. I believe you already have an an exhaust....
This will bring you to somewhere around the 580/600 hp mark for approximately $7K. There are a handful of tuners here that can make this happen...
