These numbers are very impressive. Excuse my ignorance but looking at the AF curve you might even extract a little more by flatening that baby out a bit. Rich at peak TQ can't hurt but maybe a little too rich and climbing at the end, don't know what these motors like for best power but general rule is low 12s. A little more cooling with additional fuel at high RPMS can't hurt either....

After his wastegate correctly dialed in, the stock K24s start boosting at 2500rpm and easily sustained 1.1-1.2 bar without hickups. Kevin's program is truly impressive.
So when do you reach full boost? Is the lag greatly reduced?

Lag has more to do with when the turbos start boosting rather then when it hit full boost. Generally if you start to boost early you will hit full boost early. However that's not always the case. This why the wide area under the curve is more important than the peak power. On my car the stock K24s start boosting at 2500rpm with Kevin's program versus 3200rpm on stock. Depending on the gear but in 4th it will reaches full boost 1.2 Bar at about 4k(peak torque) and more importantly sustained it beyond 6.5Krpm(peak hp).
