Pretty sad sound, I think the camera operator was the owner of the vehicle.

Oh sh$t... I can't tell if it's faked or not - didn't sound fake, but would you just lower the camera if it was your car? I would be crying into my empty wallet....

Yeah, it's a real vid. I don't think the guy video taping is the owner. I remember seeing this back when I had a S2k.

From the sound of the engine he was really red-lining it. So pretty much got what he asked for.

Both of my S2000s (2.0L and 2.2L) were really good, but I sure as hell wouldn't try to find out if they could rev to 10K.
