It's funny how much sh*t we talk about cops until we need one. Then they become our heros and savers. Give them a break...that guy that was stuffing his face and working on a saturday night is ready to lay his life down for you. Suck it up and take it like a man. Go to court and fight it but don't wast your time *****ing. Good luck..

I agree, I got carried away with the comments about Saturday night and donut eating...so if I offended you, my apologies.

 

I was not offended sir...I too did go over the top a little. After 9/11 my heart really goes out our guys in uniform. I am sure understand living in NY. I've had my share of tickets and was not too happy either. I'm pretty sure you will win this case, if he even shows up for the trial. Again, good luck to you.

 

do get a lawyer. I had similar experience and cop lied thru his teeth and laughed at me afterwards. Well, that was in Croocklyn, but now I invest in local lawyers...
They speak the same language and do deals over donuts. Points will cost you so much more
