Stevo, Jean's running a Recardo built Sequential Gearbox and not just a shifter.
Yip! I know that, I had a conversation with him about 2/3 weeks ago regarding his box as there was one up for sale in the UK. Totally different items, but thought that Jean would know about this!

Yea, Mike has this in his car. I personally never saw the point of it as you still needed to use the clutch.

Interesting, what a waste lol! Although its just up and down, might cut shift time and less chance of messing up on down**** or upshift (but never happened to me anyway) , still not worth it!

There was a guy on the board a couple of years ago who had 1 installed - forgot who it was. I think it would be verry useful on the track. I can't tell you how many times I've gone barrelling into a corner and needed to make a shift - while forgeting what gear I was in! Oooof. Nothing like having to look down at the stick while braking hard, trying to heal/toe and concentrating on executing the your line into the corner. It's very ugly.

Now that would be a simple ( I hope) yet great mod, surely it saves time just shifting back and forth for the gears. Yeah it sucks having to still use the clutch for each shift ,but its not really that big of deal.

Martin I knew you would be interested in this,
