It looks great in silver, I really didnt like the red color on the coupe release photos. For 50K this will be one tough cab to beat

 

Actually, a C6 with options will probably come around 55-60K..

 

I agree...I put a coupe and convertible on order as soon as I saw the spy pics. I'll have to decide which one later this summer.

not bad, I need to drive one.. there still is part of me that the Corvette is a mid-life crisis car for men. All I see is older guys driving them with baseball caps and vanity plate. No offense to anyone on the board. I would take a Z06 though no problem

 

Its definitely a sharp looking car! Much better than the current model. Cant wait to see what they do with their top of the line model!

 

I am defintely looking at one of those for a next project car. The C5 was such a great success for us.

 

Corvettes have become very affordable and VERY performace oriented. While I agree with the general pricinple that they truely are throwaway cars, I am inlcimed to say SO WHAT? Beat it for three years and move on. Seems that's what I end up doing to most cars anyway!

 

Do a Lingenfelter Twin Turbo and take that baby to 1,100 HP and have it do 0-60 in 1.97.

 

Atleast the C6 is going to come standard with Bi-Xenon's. Hint Hint Porsche.
