Is there any efficient way to straighten bent cooling fins on the radiator?

NC Bob is infamous around these parts
gently wedging a plastic putty knife between the cooling fins should straighten them out. Then check for leaks.

There is a special tool that AC repairman use to do this. I am sure it would work on radiators. Go to an AC supply house
