Modded Turbo, What Will I Run

Sorry I couldn't attend, but was busy doing more non-performance mods and they really turned out boss. I guess that's a dated term. Now it's supposed to be "sick" or "****".

You completely lost me at "boss" . What mods did you do? The stereo work you were talking about?

Then came a long series of non improvements on the 11.9 I ran, now with only me in the car. My MPH went up but my E.T. didnt. I dont even know how we got two runs in before they caught us with two people in the car.

Then finally I got a decent start LOL a 1.98 60'

Thanks for sharing.
pretty amazing that a car with K-24's and nicely tuned ECU (Ortons) and
exhuast can barely get under twelve seconds. It obviously is not easy.
I have not tried running my car but I did witness alot of runs in the low
11's and a few in the high 10's (EVOMS cars) in AZ a month ago. It takes
alot more power to get down to low 11's. What is the best run of anyone
with stock K-24 turbos ??
Nice runs and thanks again for sharing.
Gas?
Tires?

And it's also funny that out of all the people that posted guesses, only one predicted below a 11.8 so it's not all that amazing if many didnt even expect an 11.7 even with a 1.98 60'. Maybe if the car was 3100 lbs, which it will be at some point, a low 11's pull would be pretty easy but at 3400lbs and 3630 with me in it that's still fast, a modded C6Z with 500 rwhp trapped 122 at the same track late last year, and has also run an 11.4 so I'm confident this car has big potential. I'll have my hollows soon which will save 25 lbs of unsprung weight, and a little more sidewall on the tires and I'll see what she does then.

Is your car a cab? There was a cabriolet there today that weighed 3800 lbs with driver.
Dez nice man, times are pretty good and your car weight isnt bad at all. With the freak run of a 60' down to 1.6 you obviously could have run a much lower time, thing is trap's wouldnt have changed all that much, congrats on the runs

You saw a bunch of EVOMS GT700s go low 11's and I would be willing to bet not many of them ran it with PS2's and most are RWD. Not to mention my first time at the strip with this car. If you want to put money on it I will bet this car goes 11.50's on stock tires and better on DR's. It's also still AWD. I dont know how to interpret your previous post but 125 mph trap speed is good for high tens at best and low 11's with sticky tires. It's tricky as heck to launch 2.0's are easy but anything more than that will take some work. Just consider all the factors before you make a judgement.

I tried to tell you that this car is hard to launch with the AWD! You can figure .2 tenths lower 1/4 time for each tenth you can lower your 60 ft. time. It is hard to run 11's and much, much harder to run 10's in these cars.
Good result though for your first time out with the car, congrats!

Next time Dez go 2WD and hopefully you should see better results.I've never drag raced in my life so I would suck.Within the next 6 weeks I will be making my first attempt with the 750 997.Then again I might let Pual have the honor's.
Go back and look at my prediction:
11.65 @ 122 mph.
You were very close to the ET and you beat the trap, congrats you
have 1 run in the 11's which is pretty awesome. Very difficult car to launch.
