996TT Brake Rotor Replacement Options?

I need to replace the front and rear rotors and pads on my 2001 996TT. Are there any good options other than replacing with factory parts?

I tried to get the Stoptech front brake upgrade but they have been out of stock for 2 months now.

Many thanks for any good info. thanks.

Nothing beats the value of OEM rotors...there are better alternatives ,but the cost is exponential. I track my car at every opportunity and I have 2 sets of OEM rotors on the shelf that I purchased from Sunset for less than 500$ for all 4 corners... You will go thru roughly 2 set on the front to one on the rear....Dont get me wrong, I know there are some setups out there that will detach retinas, but I just cant see spending that type of money when I can run OEM rotors and Pagid Black or Orange on the front and get incredible performance at a reasonable price... rotor replacement

i use to go through rotors every couple of events. Drilled rotors wear much quicker. On my Gt3 I had roger from orbit Racing make a set of AP solid rotors that lasted 5 times as long.

I have to agree with Kevin, he gives excellent advice.
If this is a street driven car cant beat the OEMs.
If you are actually looking for brake upgrades then let us know and we can give you a bunch of options.

Wow, that's cheaper than I would have thought.

It all depens how much you track, and how often you want to change OEM rotors
