I used 10mm on the front and 7mm on the rear which landed the rims exactly like the factory GT2 offset. Make sure you get longer, polished bolts.
Not sure exactly. maybe about 1.5" lower than stock? I measured the height from the ground to the highest part of the whell arch: 25 3/4" front, 26" Rear. Hope this helps.
This height is a great compromise between ride height and handling IMO. The car doesn't bottom out anymore and soaks up bumps very nicely making for good handling. Hitting the bump stops in mid corner can cause strange and unpredictable (sometimes dangerous) handling behavior whenyou lower much below what I have. I was also scraping the lip a lot coming into and out of driveways even when using the angled approach trick.
Pss9s have a magical way of softening the street ride while stiffening up the handling when set up properly due to the two-spring setup. Never tried Motons, etc. But I am uber happy with this setup as my car is a 99% street car.
If you want to go REALLY low, JICs and other brands allow you to lower the shock body which will let you get lower and still maintain acceptable wheel travel.
BTW I have FVD spec PSS9s which I believe use a slightly stiffer main spring.
My next mod will be H&R rear sways set at the medium stiffness setting. It's a pretty inexpensive mod that other feel is very worthwhile.
