Turbo Help

Hey guys, I'm having some problems with my Turbos. I have the stage 4 k16/24 turbos and the right side spits out smoke when the engine is revved up out of gear. Strange thing is, under load/WOT there is no smoke? This just started a few days ago, so maybe new turbos needed?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Talking

I believe any one of the tuners on this forums would be able to answer your question.

You have a turbo rebuilder in you neighborhood, you could probably
ride them over on your bicycle and drop them off.
