Very nice numbers. What exactly has been one to your TT if you don't mind sharing? I too have a TT X50 (02) with the tip and Protomotive tuning and haven't had a chance to get it on a dyno, yet.

Nice Mod list! Any idea what you would run on 93oct? I have a similar set up but using stock intercoolers. How much boost do you run "daily" and using what fuel? Right now my car is tuned for 93 so I'm curious to see the difference higher oct makes. Congrats none the less! Impressive to say the least.

I usually only run 101 Octane and set the "high" boost setting at 1.3 Bar. This time, I took and mixed 101 and 109 in order to run 1.4 Bar.. For now on, I will only drive the car on full tanks of 109 octance by itself so that I can run a higher boost like 1.35 - 1.4 Bar.. If I would have to guess, on 91 octance today I would have put down maybe 470ish AWHP.

In my "pump" or low boost setting for the ****ty AZ 91 Octane, I have never set the boost higher than 1.1 bar. On a previous Dyno a few months back, the difference in my Horsepower from "high' boost (1.3 Bar) and my "low" boost setting (1.1 Bar) was like 40+ AWHP.

I have only ran 1 tank of Pump Gas in the car since I purchased it in December. I always run race gas, it worth the extra $$$ to have 50+ HP more at my disposal! Its VERY important in my book that you run this set up with the proper guages and Data Logging devices.. I am always keeping my eye on the AFR guage and looking over recorded Data from Zeitronix unit via my laptop after I have been out hammering the car in the "high" boost setting.. If I see the AFR"s getting to lean or what have you, I can simply turn down the Greedy Boost Controller and adjust things to keep my AFR's healthy!

I too have Stock Intercoolers.... I would be curious to see the HP result with aftermarket intercoolers I would suspect that I may have been around 540ish AWHP today with different intercoolers!

Thanks for the info! I am thinking of picking up a Zietronix for my S4 and 996TT. The nice thing about the display unit is that I can use it in either car. I take it you like it a lot? Do you think there should be a concern over running only one 02 sensor even though our cars have two?
I did a friendly run with RCNJ and he has EVO intercoolers in his car and is also significantly lighter ( no passenger, GT2). He did pull on me after around 110-120 ish but other than that it was pretty close. If he pushed it harder I'm sure I would have gotten handled. He runs EVO intercoolers and exhaust manifolds. I'm thinking intercoolers may be my next major mod but I want to make sure I can still able to upgrade to the 700 kit eventually. Do you have any plans on going 700? At this point I think my car is already too much for me to handle.

Whats an accurate drivetrain loss for my car being AWD and using the Mustand Dyno?

531 x 1.21 = 642 (16-17%???)

Is this the conversion you use?

It is division, not multiplication... you are trying to get the crank number minus loss, not flywheel plus loss... they are 2 different numbers. 18% for an AWD run is generally accepted.... so 531/(1-.18)= 531/.82=647 FWHP.... Great runs, now all you need is a 1/4 time and a 60-130 time...Kevin
