Oh Wow TT Power!

So I picked up my "new" 996TT. Its a 01 with about 27K on it. I immediately made the 450 Mile drive to Baltimore. I can say it was one of the best drives I have ever had, I have never gotten out of a car after 8 hrs and still wanted more! All I can say is wow.....

Some guy in a STS-V (with the 469 hp Northstar) tried to run me from 80-125 or so and he didnt even stand a chance. The second time I did it in 4th gear because I worked him so bad.

I will post up some pictures tonight!

yep! at first I thought we were attracting some
sophomoric religious/jealous anti-Porsche types
or trollers, and I was glad we were doing the right
thing by simply ignoring them, but I rechecked and
each of the posts ('not a fan', and '911 turbos blow')
were by owners!

I think I am first going to get rid of the Long throw shifter that Porsche so nicely equiped it with then, exhaust, then DV's and computer. suggestions are welcome.

After that I am sure I will sell my house live out of my DD and take it to Promotive or something...

Welcome a board. That sounded like the perfect ride to break in your new car.
