Stef from Europipe told me it WAS NOT a stage 2.
I of course have no idea what the good Doctor used.
He made a great effort to compare and it took alot of work.
I am very interested to see what my car can do with stock
EP2 Quiet.
You guys will be the first to know.

russbert is infamous around these parts
If someone can tell me how I could have tested this different then great, tell away. But I only get crap for the testing and no feedback how one might have suggested it be done differently.
Stephen,

That seems to be true in quite a few endeavors in life, even information security.

I hear that you are coming to the Cincinnati area this July for the Porsches 2 Oxford (Ohio) event. Is that true? If so, I'll definitely be there.

Russ,

This is true. We are one of the sponsors. Look for me, We will be driving with my family!

Marty,

Well that is certainly not what I tested. This late in the game, it is all a moot point. Like I said, this is a joke, I made nothing on the testing, I asked for nothing, I got nothing but grief. I posted data only. I didn't make the mufflers, simply tested them. Take the data for what it is worth. Every single person that made a muffler in this test HAS SOME ISSUE with something I said about their product. Funny thing was I didn’t say much, just posted the collected data. So no matter what I say it will be challenged. Ask your self this...who had the most to gain/loose in this test. Sure has hell wasn't me. Aside from that, not one person who manufactures any of these mufflers offered a single suggestion on how I could have done it different. They all just complained and a few even called me names. As one of them said “ You are not qualified to make these deductions.” LOL, OK.

Stephen,
agreed,
You got much less credit than due!
How is the new Yellow Beast? It was finally 55 degrees and sunny today
so you probably saw 70 degrees. Hope you are staying busy.'

Marty,
I did not not due it for anything more than because the boards know I will pull no punches and call it like it is. Regardless of what people think. So in the end, I wasn't looking for credit, hell I have more dime titles then I know what to do with I did it for the boards only.

Oh man, I LOVE this car. It has been mid 70s here, they are calling for 80s on Sat! I am in love. The power under the curve, the driveablity, oh man I love it. We are very busy theses days. We have 12 guys running at HPT Fri-Sun and trying to finish our machine shop and the other 35 cars in the shop. There is simply not enough hours in the day.

Thank you for asking.

I'll agree with your above statement. Stephen, I'm not one of the manufacturer's, but at the time I had some disagreements and I voiced them. Next to you I had tested more exhausts than anyone else and we had some not insignificant differences with what I was lead to believe were the same ones you tested.

This is in no way taking away from what you did as most others were not making any effort to spend their own money and provide this free information.

Thanks Chad. Yes, we had some differences and like I said, I have no problem with that. The only issue I have a problem with is people saying it wasn't done right, could have been different, etc, ok so how would I have done it different if THEY had me do it. Besides, you get what you pay for

I think you did an excellent job minimizing possible variables. It's easily one of the best comparison tests I've read.

You are welcome Robert. I do personally thing dollar/HP and sound it is hard to beat.

Sallymobile,

Thank you. It was a fun test to do! We had people that would show up to the dyno daily to see the results. All the Vett and Z28 guys were amazed.

That's the 1st version. I've never seen a version of the FIXED powerpoint presentation. The mysterious dip in TQ in the Europipe chart was appearantly an error and a revised Powerpoint Presentation was supposed to have been created by Stephen. At least that's what he told me 4 years ago. I've never seen it. Anyone else???

The second version was posted a day later. I also believe I emailed you one because you also had done a different SS with the new data.

You know what, you might have. That was a few years ago after all.
I do like the spread sheets. That is kinda ringing a bell. Why not post the correct info on Rennlist? PPL are not getting the correct information still - 4 years later. Thanks.
