I got a ticket today in the mail... guess for what... no front license plates wtf?!!!?!?!?!?!?

I just told me friend...and he reminded me that i dont even have plates yet from DMV!!!! how fuken great is that ?! LMFAO!

50 bucks?! Dang! Here in Cali, its considered a fix it ticket and its only 10.

 

That's IF you fix it. If you don't, you can just pay the ticket, which is actually about $80.

None of my cars have front plates! I have only been pulled over one time for it. The cop pulls me over and asked me what kind of car I am driving. Then says oh BTW I stopped you for no front plate!

so you had temporary paperwork in the car, usually taped to the window, and the AH cops still wrote you for no tags as a result of their accident response??!?!

I'd call the station and ask to speak to the supervising officer- just be nice as pie, lay it out there. Say you've since received the front plates, with a post mark of ____. ( This should be after the accident.) Offer to send pictures of the car clearly showing the temp paperwork (I looked but the pics are gone from your post)

Ask him if this is the way his officers are trained to treat accident victims. Point out that given the respect that peace officers deserve, actions like this really undermine their cause.

And if he's a dick tell him you'll see him in court AND in the local paper. I'd do it on principal- and sport.
