Fog Lights are not working

Well they have not since I got the car. Never thought about them till the other day. I think a Fuse maybe blown. Is it in the kick panel by the Driver side? If thats not the problem what else could it possibly be?

More than likely its the relay not the fuse, it is also in the kick panel area. It also runs the seat heaters (if you have them) and can go bad. I have seen 2 fail.
