popcorn sounds at low speeds....?????
Guys,
I noticed with the radio off of course that from the front of the car at low speeds up to say 50ish that the sounds of popping (popped corn or popping corn) is audible...I looked under the hood, near the wipers, etc and can't find anything loose but whenever I take off there is that sound...anyone get this at all?

I will look at it again, everything seemed pretty solid and it happens as soon as the car starts to move...you need to move pretty good for something to start sounding like pop corn so I don't think it is something loose...then again....I might get under the car next...it is driving me mad!

Only thing mine does is make some like clicking popping sound from the front of the dash almost by the window. I need to take it in to the dealer because it gets really annoying if I have the radio turned down.

Lay off the beans & beer for lunch!
Or check out your suspension pieces. I had a "popcorn" like sound in a Lexus. Turned out to be a loose bushing taking up slack when I first started rolling.

1 - Check the torque on the front and rear wheel lugnuts. The noise you describe sounds like it could be "freting" between the wheel and lugs.
2 - Check that the bolts on the sway bar end-links are SUPER TIGHT. I had a clicking/popping sound in the front of my car that turned out to be loose end-links.
3 - Wheel Bearings? How many miles are on it? Maybe they're worn out or just need some greese.
4 - Someone put a playing card in your spokes
