Worth while to go from hollows to GT2's?

I've got a set of hollows currently on my 02 and was wondering if it would be a worth while investment to run GT2 wheels at the track. I know Porsche purposefully made the GT2 wheels solid for strength reasons, but is there really much risk running the hollows at the track? I would like a little more grip all around. Can the stock hollows support anything beyond a 225 in front and 295 in back? My other option would be to keep the hollows for the track and pick up a nice set of HRE's or BBS's, although those would set me back a pretty penny. Thanks

No no. Get a set of HRE's for daily use and use the hollows for the track. My other option would be sell the hollows and get a set of GT2's for use at the track.

CarNerd, factory 18" turbo twists work fine with 245's (front)
