Thanks a ton for the offer. I bet Shank and Lou can figure out if it is worth it. And it is still under warrenty so if anything goes wrong it is repairable. I do appreciate it!
Once again it is my pleasure to know you guys! And if ANYONE needs something looked at in Denver I will be right there for ya.

Tim, something to ponder.
I was at a clients house that has raced Porsche's for 20 years. I told him I as well as you were thinking of upgrading to a TT. He had a different opinion that I now agree with.
Mark does not understand why everyone is doing all these performance upgrades(except muffler for the sound), when 99% of 993/996 owners can't handle the power, handling and braking of their car, as is, let alone a TT. He said the real excitement is in not doing upgrades that you only use in a 1/4 mile, not day to day driving, but in really racing a car. Mark said you'll have more excitement in one serious track session/race, then in a lifetime of taking your $60-150,000 car on a track where your scared of getting your car hit or scratched.
I love the look of my car. In Denver, cars have almost stopped at intersections to look, and the stairs I get are unbelievable. I don't think a TT is any better looking. Sure a TT performs better, but in day to day driving, except for a short burst of speed before you have to brake, the power is not useable.
I've decided to save some money, spend $10-15,000 on a serious track/race car and find out about the feeling that Mark says almost all Porsche owners at one time or another really want to do. Race a car.
Good luck in your search.
Ken

Ken7258, what your client says may be true for some but most of us don't have the time or proximity to a track to make it practical. Yes, a lot of our cars are too extreme for the street and in many ways impractical, but you can take that theory and say you don't even need ANY Porsche for that matter b/c it falls into the same category. If you enjoy the time you spend in your car, even if it's stuck in traffic, then that's good enough for me.
The Orient red one had several scuffs on it. The interior was gray supple with filthy carpets. Personally, I would not go with that one. The seal gray turbo for 10k more was cleaner, but something about the dealers that go to auctions and pick up turbos for resale.....I just dont have that trust factor.
My vote is thumbs down on the orient red, unless you plan on new carpeting and some bodywork. THe dealer was saying, the scuffs and scratches would be touched up...but I am sure it would still be detectable.
